Also individuals that are sensitive or allergic (Celiac disease) to gluten need special attention to make sure they are receiving proper nutrition while eliminating gluten from their diet. Also yeast overgrowth is a common problem that can occur from over use of antibiotics, birth control and lifestyle/diet habits.
