My provider submitted my prescription, now what?
A text and e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours with a link to complete your order online. It will request your delivery address, billing information, current medications, and allergies. If you need to add a note to your order, please do this in the "Shipping Notes" field, you do not need to call the pharmacy.
How long does it take to get my medication?
After confirming the order online, the medication usually ships within 1-2 business days. You will receive a text message with tracking information.
What if I do not receive a text?
If you have not received a text or have problems completing your order online, please email: support@ucprx.com. We will promptly reply to your message.
How do I order a refill?
When it’s time for a refill go to ucprx.com and click on “QUICK REFILL” to send your refill request to the pharmacy. No need to call, do it on line.
I have questions what do I do?
We prefer you e-mail your questions to us instead of waiting on the phone for extended time periods due to our high volume of calls. E-mailing is faster and no waiting on the phone. Fill out the form below for questions to our pharmacy.
